What we collect
Sidcup Radio Car Club may collect the following information only when you join the club, book in for an event or via any our website forms:
Name, address, date of birth (required for determination of membership type junior or senior), email address, telephone number, BRCA membership number and personal transponder number.
What we do with the information we gather
We require the above information to confirm your identity for the purposes of processing booking in to our events.
We do not pass any personal information to any other third party for any reason.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

By joining the club or entering our events, you agree to receive important messages relating to the correct running of the club via email i.e. dates of AGM or EGM and other special announcements. These emails will be sent securely and will contain only your email address and name.
Information relating to your method of payment
Our website uses a third party gateway to handle event bookings and process payments. This service uses industry-standard SSL protocols to provide secure credit card and payment transactions. At the point of payment, you are transferred to a secure page on the website of the payment processor. That page may be branded to look like a page on our website, but it is not controlled by us. We do not see, store or process any payment related information such as credit/debit card details or PayPal account information.
